Terms and Conditions (T&C)

By submitting photos, the photographer is acknowledging compliance with the Photo Contest Regulations, found below.

• All entries are submitted free of charge.
• The participant agrees that the photographs can be shared across all social media platforms.
• No more than 3 entries per person

By participating in the contest, the participant acknowledges and confirms that the submitted entry does not infringe on applicable laws and regulations, including data protection law, rights of privacy, rights of publicity or any other intellectual property rights and other rights of any person or entity and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the submitted entry.

The entry shall not violate the intellectual property rights and other rights of whatsoever nature in any materials produced.

By entering the competition, you grant GreenSeas Trust a non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to reproduce, enlarge, publish or exhibit, on any media, the images for any purpose to further the aims and objectives of GreenSeas Trust.

If you are under the age of 18 you must have permission to enter from your parent or guardian. By submitting an entry for the competition, your parent/carer/guardian is deemed to have given such consent and to agree to the use of the entry as described in these terms and conditions.

The decision on the winning entries is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

GreenSeas Trust shall not accept any liability for claims arising out of the activities performed in the context of the contest, or any claims for death, bodily injury, disability, and damage to property or other hazards that may be suffered by the participant or any other person as a result of their activities in the context of the contest.

This competition will end on the 27th of September 2024 and the winner will be announced by 10th October 2024.
